Short-Term Running Goals:
Come to practice and work my hardest everyday.
Do core, stretches, hydrate, and the other "little things"
Run a 4:25 or faster in the 1600
9:43 in the 3200
Top 8 in State in both the 1600 and the 3200
Long-Term Running Goals:
RUN FOR MY WHOLE LIFE!!!
Be that old grandpa that runs around the block every morning until the day he dies
Get a Collection of crazy short-shorts (ie American flag, fireworks, Canadian flag, a tiger, etc)
Prove my friends wrong and never have a pot belly
I was supposed to run to the top of signal peak today, but unfortunately I some how slept through my alarm, I'm going to call it divine intervention. Practice was fun! I wrecked everyone's day on the striders!
